The Dorchester, London

London….one of the greatest cities in the world for five star hotels.  How does a luxury travel advisor pick one for an upcoming visit? Not an easy decision, but I knew exactly where I wanted to stay when I found out I had plans to visit the city. The Dorchester is one of London’s most iconic properties and had long been on my radar screen, so I jumped at the chance to book a room there!

How My Clients’ Travel Experiences Enrich MY Life

I decided to start a career in the travel industry over a decade ago because of my passion for planning trips and making clients’ travel dreams a reality.   I quickly learned there was something even more to this amazing job – the wonderful sense of happiness and purpose I  feel when my clients return from a trip I’ve planned for them and share their experiences with me.  There’s absolutely nothing more rewarding or exciting!

Spain: Mallorca and Barcelona

My latest travels took me to the exciting country of Spain.  Each year,  Brownell plans a special trip full of adventure and fun for top sales producers – Mallorca and Barcelona were on this year’s agenda. Traveling with my colleagues to learn about different destinations around the world is an invaluable opportunity and enriches my knowledge to help me better advise my clients.

Hotel L’Orologio – Venice, Italy

Trying to pick a hotel in Venice is not an easy task, as there are so many incredible choices! I relied on the advice of a trusted hotel supplier and decided to try a brand new hotel on the scene – Hotel L’Orologio.  Its funky contemporary vibe wasn’t the type of property I was initially envisioning for my stay in Venice. As it turned out, this property couldn’t have been more perfect for my family.  I loved it the minute I walked through the door.
